Landscape crew leader

Four Seasons Landscaping is one of the premier commercial and residential landscaping companies in the Northwest Arkansas region. We are currently seeking a full time, highly motivated, and experienced Landscape Crew Leader in Springdale, AR. The Landscape Crew Leader must be a hard-working individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors on a daily basis.

Job Summary

Landscape Crew Leaders are responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the company, with a major emphasis on grading, drainage, and installation of trees, and shrubs. Strong multi-tasking skills are required.

Requirements

• Ability to read a landscape plan

• Experience operating skid steers and mini-excavators

• Experience installing shrubs, trees, and sod

• Experience with grading and drainage

• Familiarity with commonly used plant material

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds

• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport crew, material, and equipment to jobsite

• Work with crew to prepare jobsite for the installation of plants and sod

• Install all material correctly and according to plan

• Perform any assigned landscape maintenance tasks

• Report progress and next steps via management software

• Maintain a respective, friendly, and responsive demeanor toward clients and co-workers.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay starting at $20.00 an hour, depending on experience
