Landscape laborer

Four Seasons Landscaping is one of the premier commercial and residential landscaping companies in the Northwest Arkansas region. We are currently seeking a full time, highly motivated, and experienced Landscape Laborers in Springdale, AR. Landscape Laborers must be hard-working individuals who takes pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors on a daily basis.

Job Summary

Landscape Laborers are responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the company, with a major emphasis on grading, drainage, and installation of trees, and shrubs. Strong multi-tasking skills are required.

Requirements

• Ability to read a landscape plan

• Experience operating skid steers and mini-excavators

• Experience installing shrubs, trees, and sod

• Experience with grading and drainage

• Familiarity with commonly used plant material

• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds

• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold

• Reliable transportation to and from work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with crew to prepare jobsite for the installation of plants and sod

• Install all material correctly and according to plan

• Perform any assigned landscape maintenance tasks

• Maintain a respective, friendly, and responsive demeanor toward clients and co-workers.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay starting at $17.00 an hour, depending on experience
